Towson, MD Dentist
Thomas C. Keller, D.D.S.
Thomas C. Keller, D.D.S., practices general restorative dentistry , with special interests in cosmetic , prosthetic and implant dentistry . He received his D.D.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and was named to the Timothy O. Heatwole Chair for Ethical Standards, Kindness and Humanitarianism. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry , The Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentists . He maintains active memberships in numerous other professional organizations including the Academy of Osseointegration ; the Baltimore Association of Dental Surgeons, the oldest dental study club in the world; the American Dental Association and the Baltimore County Dental Association. He has also been voted by his peers as one of the “ Best Dentists in America .”
Dr. Keller formed the practice with Dr. Ousborne in 1977. He is past clinical instructor in oral diagnosis and radiology at the University of Maryland Dental School and has earned more than 1500 hours in post graduate continuing education courses in dentistry.
Tom and his wife, Linda, are parents to four grown children and have six grandchildren. Tom’s hobbies include woodworking, videography and, of course, enjoying the grandchildren!
Patrick L. Ousborne, D.D.S.
A 1993 graduate of the University Of Maryland Dental School, Dr. Pat Ousborne practiced general dentistry with Ousborne & Keller from 1993 to 1995. He then completed two years of advanced specialized training at the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry in Prosthodontics which included fixed, removable, implant and maxillofacial prostheses. Dr. Pat Ousborne also completed dental research in bonding techniques at the University of Florida. From 1997 to 1999, he practiced Prosthodontics with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before rejoining Ousborne and Keller in 1999.
Currently, he maintains membership in the American College of Prosthodontists , the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics, the Pierre Fauchard Academy , the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration , International College of Dentists , The Baltimore Association of Dental Surgeons (the oldest dental study club in the world) the American Dental Association , the Maryland State Dental Association , and the Baltimore County Dental Association, of which he is a Past President. In 2004, he received an honorary award for Outstanding Services to the Maryland State Dental Association.
Dr. Pat Ousborne has been a member of the Dean’s Faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School. He also maintains hospital privileges at The University of Maryland St. Joseph’s Medical Center of Towson, Maryland. He has worked with otolaryngologists at Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) and GBMC to provide maxillofacial prosthodontic care for head and neck cancer patients.
Dr. Pat Ousborne has been featured in Baltimore Magazine’s “Baltimore’s Best Prosthodontists” for many consecutive years. He was voted by his peers to be the Prosthodontist they would most likely refer to for specialized care.
Dr. Ousborne, his wife Esther, his son Luke and their cat Amber live in Reisterstown. His hobbies include boating, navigation, travel, running and fitness. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his son’s school and sports activities.
Kim, R.D.H.
Kim joined Ousborne and Keller, DDS, PA in June 2015 and has already gathered a loyal following of patients. She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from CCBC in 2012 and since acquired her Local Anesthesia Certification-qualifying her to administer local anesthesia via oral injection. She holds a joint degree in Mortuary Science and works part-time for Ruck Funeral Homes. Kim attends multiple continuing education seminars annually – always exceeding the required number of hours. She excels at patient education about the oral systemic link and has a keen interest in Periodontics.
When she is not working to exceed patient expectations at Ousborne and Keller, Kim enjoys camping, traveling and running half marathons. She resides in the Essex area with her husband and rescued Great Dane Sheldon.
Sarah, R.D.H.
Sarah, R.D.H., joined Ousborne and Keller in May 2018. She is a 2013 graduate of CCBC’s dental hygiene program, as well as a trained dental assistant. Being a Baltimore native, Sarah loves anything sports related-GO RAVENS! She currently resides in Sparrow’s Point with her husband, 2 children and two dogs-Jedi and Trooper. Sarah is a true people person and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
Kristen, Dental Assistant
Kristen began her career as a dental assistant in 2007 and has been with Ousborne and Keller since 2012. She is a graduate of York County School of Technology’s Dental Assisting Program. She maintains her x-ray certification and dental assisting license by meeting Maryland Continuing Education requirements annually. She is also well versed in Itero and Cerec procedures as well as all aspects of restorative dentistry.
Kristen lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, Eric, and their son, Landon. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside with their dogs, Roxy and Raven. They enjoy spending time outside and taking their dogs to a local lake.

Laura, Dental Assistant for Dr. Patrick Ousborne
Laura has been a Dental Assistant since 1980 and has been with Ousborne and Keller since 1988. During her time at Ousborne and Keller she has had extensive training in aesthetic dentistry and smile design, as well as digital photography and radiography. Laura is well versed in Zoom Whitening, sleep apena and Practice Administration, and has completed numerous computer software training programs including PracticeWorks, Dentrix, iTero and Cerec. She maintains her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification and X-Ray Certification though participation in multiple Continuing Education Seminars annually and has had the opportunity to hear speakers from all over the world discuss state-of-the-art dental techniques.
Laura lives in Baltimore with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family, walking, Xpose dance, reading, gardening and baking.

Jenn, Dental Assistant for Dr. Thomas Keller
Jenn has been a Dental Assistant since 1995 and has been with Drs Ousborne and Keller since 2005. She graduated from Howard Community College and has extensive experience in Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, and Dental Implant Surgery. She has certifications in Dental Assisting, Dental Radiography, Invisalign and Six Month Smiles.
Jenn lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and children. They are a very active family who enjoys staying fit and healthy through exercise, sports, and family vacation adventures.

Michele, Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Thomas Keller
Michele has over 10 years of both clinical and administrative experience. She completed her dental assistant training at Harford Community college where she received her MD x-ray and infection control certifications. She currently holds both a CDA and QDA license.
Michele lives in Bel Air, MD with her husband Tim, son Dylan and daughter Sydney. She loves spending her free time in Bethany Beach and frequenting Disney World.
Kristi, Bookkeeper for Ousborne and Keller
Kristi has 30 years of clinical and administrative dental experience and has been with Ousborne and Keller since 2012. She is a graduate of The Bryan Institute of Dental Technology and Office Management and has worked in both single and multiple provider specialty offices since 1987. Kristi also attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Tulsa Community College.
Kristi moved to the DC/Baltimore area from Oklahoma in 2001 and now lives in Shrewsbury, PA with her spouse and two Cairn Terriers, Moxie and Maycie. She volunteers annually for multiple Special Olympics and the American Cancer Society events, as well as organizing annual food and clothing donations for the homeless. She spends most of her summer weekends in Shartlesville, PA, “glamping” in her park model RV.

Amie, Scheduling Coordinator for Dr. Patrick Ousborne
Amie has been in the dental industry for 19 years and has extensive experience in both dental assisting and administrative tasks. She was born and raised in Baltimore County, and now resides in Perry Hall.
When she isn’t busy caring for our patients, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, John Martin and Emma. During the warmer months, they enjoy taking their dog Trigger on hikes at Gunpowder Falls, and in the winter you will find them snowboarding on the Pennsylvania slopes.
